Against Forgetting

The first part of a powerful documentary project about child brides taken from their family over political choices made by dictators. The journey of one victim and her family's fight for freedom and reunion from Africa to the Middle East. The project was focused on performances captured with 3D scan technology: Depthkit, and photogrammetry taken from a set where actors re-enacted the preparation of the bride for her forced wedding.

I was responsible for assembling the Depthkit scans provided and creating shaders to facilitate the transitions of different elements. I also created the photogrammetry using meshroom and assembled the VR experience in Unity.
