Scooby Doo Where are you? theme remake

With a deep passion for Scooby and the Mystery inc. crew, this 3D remake comes from a fledgling Blender education during the spooky season. Over 4 the past years the month of October has been largely dedicated to both Blender and Scooby Doo. Now the project is over two thirds done with, 20 out of the thirty longest and most complex shots completed.

This was a series of month long sagas taking ~4 hours per day for ~21 days for 4 years. The first year the haunted house section lasting about 10 seconds was completed in its entirety from bats to belfry. I produced the 5 characters the second year and animated their walk cycles. The third year was a productive time covering many single-character scenes, a group run, shaggy slipping on skates, and shaggy landed in the bathtub with the shower on, among others. The fourth year yielded a boardwalk with a very complex Scooby running inside a barrel sequence, Scooby emerging from within a pot of flowers, and the technical apex: Scooby licking cotton candy off of his face.
