Mechablo

Potentially my magnum opus. Mechablo is a marriage between a mech simulator and a fantasy looter. Diablo 2 meets Mechwarrior 4. It takes place in an open world, where you, a small kobold, build a mech to survive outside their warren in the dangerous primal Dungeons and Dragons inspired world. The magical and supernatural creatures that you defeat will drop their limbs, organs, and dangerous parts for you to integrate into your hobbled arsenal.

The Magepunk style is punctuated by oddities and magical componenets hacked together to create a cozy approachable vibe. Your cockpit will be a VR home away from home, protecting you and providing everything you need within a ramshackle customized compartment.

Enemies tend to be ranged to protect the cockpit from clipping, and from the first person view getting too cluttered in a situation that raises the average time to kill of games to increase strategy and skillful gameplay.
